Andrew Thompson is a Colorado P.O.S.T. Certified Firearms Instructor, with over 13 years law enforcement experience. Andrew has served with his agency's SWAT Team in multiple functions including as a SWAT Sniper. Prior to his law enforcement career, Andrew was enlisted for five years with United States Marine Corps, promoting to the rank of Sergeant. After serving in his primary military occupational specialty (MOS) as a helicopter crewman, Andrew took on a secondary MOS as a rifle and pistol range coach, eventually gaining an opportunity to compete in the Marine Corps Western Divisional Matches. Andrew has a passion to see people become safer and more effective with their firearms, and to enjoy the experience of shooting.
